The hotel location is great, a lot of nice restaurants around you and it’s in the heart of Chinatown. The service is the standard good service you would expect from Holiday Inn I tried the breakfast once and it was a bit disappointing but was not a big deal because there are many excellent options around... specially in summer when it’s nice to walk around in the morning. They have a very good parking but it’s a bit pricey but this the case in every downtown. The rooms are good and well equipped. Overall it’s very good .

Aesthetically speaking, this by far is one of the more interesting Holiday Inn's around. It took me back to a time when hotels used to have themes. Be sure to stop at the second floor lobby to see the koi ponds and hotel lounge. The location is close to a subway station and old Montreal. Expect the same sort of treatment and amenities provided by other Holiday Inn's. Friendly staff, clean rooms.

Nice clean hotel. Generally enjoyed my 9 nights here. Room had a comfortable bed with a large bathroom. My room was large although most of that space was in a fairly unusable alcove sitting room. My room looked out over a rooftop so nothing special. No safe in the room which was disappointing and I did get quite a lot noise from the hallway. The lobby is not on the ground floor which was annoying because they would force the lifts to always stop on the reception floor even if you didn't want to. The reception, restaurant and bar were located around a really nice japanese style fish pond. Which goes someway to making up for the fact that there are no windows in the internal reception space. The location was ideal for my purposes. Close to Saint Paul Street with lots of bars and restaurants and right next to a metro stop which is handy. Also close to China town. All the staff were very helpful.

I loved staying here. The staff is incredibly hard working and very friendly. The rooms were very clean and spacious. The food was also very good. Alcoholic drinks were a bit expensive at the hotel bar but the atmosphere was nice. The location is fantastic if you want to be close to Old Montreal too. I would recommend staying here to everyone

I stayed there for 5 nights, and the hotel was very pretty on the inside. It’s also in a great location, within walking distance of many tourist attractions and restaurants. The room was spacious, clean, and had a decent view, and it was very quiet because it was on a higher floor. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was also very nice, however the shower sometimes couldn’t stay a consistent temperature. The staff were also very helpful and friendly, and speak multiple languages. The restaraunt and the parking were a bit expensive though, so I wouldn’t recommend parking there because the price adds up quickly. Overall a pleasant stay, and I would stay there again, but would try to park elsewhere/utilize the subway or bus instead.
