The place is downtown and near Old Port which is the sole positive point I have to write. They should invest in refreshing their rooms. Look is too old, even if they advertise their hotel as smoke free, furnitures clearly come from a time their rooms were not smoke free. Paint was peeling off the bathroom's ceiling.

It's a nice apartment for a family or a group, staff are very nice and helpful. Parking is underground so you feel safe. Internet connection is not very good. It's a nice location

This is a budget friendly hotel that is very close to the downtown core of the city of Montreal. However the hotel is quite old and it is certainly not upscale or fancy. However it does provide basic, clean and somewhat comfortable accommodation. The rooms, though quite old, have received some minor improvements. It is just 2 blocks away from a subway station which gives immediate access to the rest of the city and beyond. Beware though, they charge extra for internet service!

Good location and nice penthouse outdoor area. The place needs an update and provide more power outlets for electronics. An ok place for a couple of days but could not stay for a longer stay.

Reasonable prices. Great location. Super friendly and accommodating staff. Hotel is dated but super comfortable beds. Rooms are clean as is the pool area. Internet is $5 per night which is a little silly in this day and age. Had issues with the wifi which the front desk took care of immediately. Great for a family looking for a comfortable place to sleep.
