if you like a clean place this hotel is not for you. It is a very dirty place; from garbage bags near the main entrance to dirty rooms. People are friendly but they do not have the means to help if something is not working for you. For example I had no cold water for two days and the hot water was very hot to be used without adjusting with cold water. I used my own towels and I regret that I did not bring my own shower curtain because the one in the room was not changed or washed in years. The cleaning lady had no access to clean curtains and despite good intention was not able to help. I am surprised that this place is in business and not closed due to sanitation problems. I travel around the world but I did not see anything so dirty.

Highly suggest don’t choose this hotel,We has very bad experience, the room was very small, the area didn’t have parking, breakfast was included in my room but just had butter and freeze muffin ,sometimes doesn’t have coffee. That was really terrible.

Great Location. Management and housekeeping could be improved. Poor cleanliness.

Stay far, far away. Aside from an extremely tiny room I've had the pleasure of finding boogers on the wall, the most terribly stained carpet I've ever seen, and yellow stained sheets with bodily fluid stains. The beds were riddled with hair and stains and quite possibly bed bugs. Pretty much everything in the room was falling apart, the shelf, the toilet seat, the mirror, the bathroom door, the beds etc. Didn't end there. AFTER the cleaning lady had cleaned our room, not o my were the sheets the same yellow stained rags, but I found used crumpled up toilet paper in the bed. The hair was still all over the bed. A quick peek inside the kitchen revealed what seemed moldy, rusty looking cookware, piled on top of dirty dishes from who knows how long ago. There was only like 5 other people staying to the hotel so I doubt they dined in. The parking was a complete joke. You get to park behind the hotel after a quick nonrefundable $25/night fee. The parking lot is a secluded, out of plain sight, dimly lit, sketchy parking lot with only 5 spots and not only is there the possibility of being mugged or having your vehicle stolen, there is also THE POSSIBILITY OF SOMEONE ELSE BLOCKING YOUR CAR WITH NO WAY OUT. That's ok though. You can apparently leave you car keys with the guy at the reception desk who blasts his personal calls on the speaker phone while he talks to other people, so that he can move your car, if you happen to block someone. The hotel may be in a good location but it's surrounded by two separate adjacent construction sites. Please, just dish out the extra cash and go somewhere else.

I wish I could give this place negative stars. My room smelled like urine and sweat, my bed was covered in hair and the shower floor was stained with a brown like substance. Carpets were dirty and the room looked like it has never been cleaned! On top of this the staff there are extremely RACIST and rude. They offered us no help and instead told my boyfriend to go back to his country. (My boyfriend originally born in Iraq, is a Canadian and has lived in Toronto majority of his life.)
