Overall not too bad, but a few more negative things than positive. No parking available, $12 at a lot 2 blocks down. Not the room in the picture. Was freezing, no heat, very thin blankets. No washroom in suite, shower drains are clogged. However, very friendly front desk staff. Great water pressure and hot water from showers. Also a fantastic location right next to subway.

This place is rough around the edges, but it has it where it counts if you're looking for a cheap place to rest your head. It's right across the street from the metro, super awesome bars and food on every block in every direction, and there is a 24-hour coffee shop below the hotel. This is definitely some kind of cross between hotel and hostel, so if you're looking for something particularly comfortable go elsewhere. Excellent value, but you may want to bring your own pillow as the ones provided are bags of lumps. I would definitely stay here whenever visiting this fantastic city. We found street parking for the entirety of our 5-day stay just a couple blocks away and walked around the entire time thanks to the fabulous location.

4 stars for the money. Room for two for $20 a night USD? Yes please. Wasn't expecting much, but it was actually ok. Room was warm with the sub zero temps, bed was comfortable enough and clean. TV was dinky and color was broken. Had a mini fridge in room, and a chest/dresser for clothes storage. Convenient 10 second walk to the metro was nice. Good place to rest at night, just plan activities for the day as there is not much to do in your room.

Terrible customer service this place does not even deserve 1 star. Tried to call the hotel to ask some questions. He refused to listen to my questions then hung up. Tried to call again and they kept hanging up. Don't give your money to these money-hungry dirty cheapos. They don't care about customer service all they care about is getting money and scamming you. AIR BNB ALL THE WAY. Everyone should choose Air BnB it's much better customer service, cleaner, nicer rooms and better deals.

Horrible place to stay in. They didn't even give me new blank or pillow and for the front desk he is never there. He just came at 4.30 for checking in new client and then he is gone. Pay a little bit more and save your self. WiFi is really slow, bed was very small, bathroom wasn't clean at all and the hot water was out of order. btw you can't make early check in cuz there's no one in the front desk and the external door is locked all the time :D
