Facilities are lovely, I was attending a wedding there and enjoyed my time. One big negative was the air conditioning not working, and after complaining all three days I was there nothing was done expect changing of the filter. We were extremely busy with wedding activities, and really didn't have time to follow up. I didn't request a room change but no response. I suggested being compensated for 3 days and 2 nights of not sleeping, and we were told to complain to Expedia as if the hotel has no control. Would not recommend, save your money and use it somewhere else

Hotel is conveniently located from the airport. Shuttle runs almost every half hour. Rooms and building interior can be better maintained. The wall paper in the room is a little worn so are the furnitures. The restaurant is average. The food portion is good, but it can be better prepared. They are a little bit plain. Plus it gets smoky when they fry stuff. I am questioning if they have a ventilation system at all. The indoor swimming pool is a big plus. Big plus for the staffs, very friendly.

Attended a wedding at the hotel. The reception desk was extremely helpful and professional as well as the attending staff to the event. The lobby as well as halls are very nicely decorated. The food was delicious (catered by hotel) and the location is pretty accessible with nice parking. For events, 5 stars.

Nice place near the airport. Friendly, efficient staff Happy hour in the bar 5 to 7. $5 beer and good snacks. The breakfast buffet in the restaurant was ok, but nothing special. Might be better to order off the menu. The area is very industrial and isolated. There is nothing but a Subway a ten min walk away. I did discover Marcel- Laurin Park. It's an easy 30 minute walk to the park. A great way to kill a couple hours in an otherwise industrial area.

Booked a room here after getting stuck in Montreal overnight when flights were cancelled due to weather. I was grateful to find a room and have a safe place to sleep. That being said, this hotel has some definite pros and cons. The front desk employees that I met were both so nice and helpful. The sleep I had was incredible - and I don't sleep very well in hotel rooms. The sheets and towels in the room were clean and luxurious. The bathroom toiletries were really nice. The cons - all of the permanent fixtures in the room, like furniture and bathtub etc were so old and run down. I actually avoided taking a shower because the tub had such bad permanent grime. Despite being a non smoking room, there was such a strong smell of stale smoke. So while it was certainly fine for one night, I left for the airport the next morning as soon as I could.
