The room is big enough, the bed is comfortable. But the air conditioner is kinda hard to control. When I set it to be cool, it became hot (not warm). In the morning I tried to set it to be warm and it became cool.

Nice place with clean, comfortable room and bed. Friendly helpful service. The lobby is pretty. The parking is plentiful and free. It was an easy drive from the airport to the hotel and there are lots of good restaurants within 10 minutes drive. The breakfast buffet was good, but I found the menu was a little lacking. Maybe they would have served what I asked for, but what I was looking for (oatmeal) was not on the menu. So I went for the buffet instead. Another negative is the quality of the shower head. I know, 1st world problem, but you tend to have certain expectations in hotels, and their shower did not deliver.

There wasn't even slippers in the rooms. Bed smells very bad. Carpets are dirty. Most importantly this place is very noisy we couldn't even sleep. Employees are very rude. I dont like to give 1 star but thats exactly what they deserve. I definitely do not recommend this hotel.

The staff are very helpful. Bartender is very knowledgeable about surrounding area. The rooms are comfortable. Love that pets can stay free of charge.

This Hotel is perfect if you want a Hotel close enough to the city centre, but far enough away that you will enjoy a quiet stay! The Superior King room is spacious with very comfortable bed, warm duvet, and gorgeous bathroom with a spacious shower! The hot tub and pool area is amazing, and the staff are all very respectful and helpful!
