Stay was great because we had the best room service we could ask for!! Anyone who stays there should ask about Angel and hope he is with you! Was slightly irritated with our room keys every time we left our keys some how did not work and we were always getting new ones.

Seems like a great hotel in downtown Montreal. There's some major construction going on in front of the building. Also, my rooms right beside the elevator and I'm hearing everyone who comes down the hallway. Still, a very nice place to stay.

We ended up here after a disaster AirBnB experience. The hotel was very clean hotel with nicely appointed rooms and bathroom. Concierge staff super helpful and pleasant. Cafe attached to hotel was very good food and nice staff. We didn't have an opportunity to try the hotel restaurant. Would definitely stay here again as it's in a great location to McGill, shopping and the Old Montreal.

Bilingual staff was a blessing. Though I studied French for five continuous years, that was many years ago and it's very rusty. Thankfully, the staff didn't subject either themselves or me to the embarrassment of my poor verbal skills (lol). The hotel lobby is incredible; and while the sidewalk was being replaced with granite during my stay, the construction crews made my safety and daily commute both safe and a priority. The hotel cafe was clean and well-staffed, food and service excellent. The rooms were additionally very clean and the housekeeping staff were very polite and friendly. I will recommend this hotel time again. Thank you to the many staff members who made this staff so wonderful. Katrina Mancini (aka Katrina Colvin-Stilts)

We missed our connecting flight on February 13 travelling to Charlottetown and had to stay the night in Montreal. We called around and every hotel around the airport were fully booked due to the storm there were a lot of cancelled flights. We had no choice than to try for 30minutes away from the hotel. The guy at the reception was very friendly on the phone. By the way while calling around we were referred to this hotel by another hotel’s receptionist who used to work here. He didn’t have room at his own downtown hotel so he referred us knowing that they had a few rooms available. Check in was smooth, room and bathroom (a deal killer for my wife) were super clean. For the price we paid it was excellent. Hot water came out right away. At departure time we spent some at the cafe downstairs. General ambience, care for patrons including friendliness and helpfulness of staff is probably stay there again.
