Such a horrible place to stay in! They stole my wife's diamond rings during room service and when we went to complain they took it very lightly as it was normal to them. We told them that we had to leave next day so we wanted a quick action but they were not ready to own what happened. The manager of the hotel is such a rude creepy man, he doesn't even know the basic manners of talking with his guests. He didn't apologize and behaved rudely with us. I wonder what kind of people are running this hotel. It's not about the money it's about the emotional attachment you have with some things. At least they could have console us but they didn't. I hate this hotel. Don't go there if you want to be safe.

It's a decent place to stay since Quebec City hotels and B&Bs can be expensive regardless of season. About 9kms away and about a 10 min drive into old Quebec. Particularly convenient when you are on a road trip and looking for free parking. The rooms are modern contemporary and the beds comfortable. Wifi is free and strong. The downside is no free breakfast and some parts of the hotel is still dated including the dark pool. Cleanliness can be improved as well. There were still old k cups and some dirt on the floor when we got into our room. Check in time is also later at 4pm.

We went to this hotel because of a Tuango promotion so no major expectations. Overall a good stay : Location : close to everything you need, only a few minutes from the major tourist attractions. If you you are ok to use public transportation or your car, you are set. Room : our room was clean, of decent size, but oh so ever noisy. We were in the 7th floor on the highway side and it's as if there was no windows! Never have I ever been in such a big hotel and have such poorly isolated windows ! Make sure you're not on that side. Little issue : we brought an inflatable bed for our son but they didn't have extra blankets! We ask at the reception and they just forgot about us cause the blanket never came. Food : we only had the breakfast and were pleasantly surprised. Good and honest buffet and possibility to have an American breakfast. Pool : small and very dark but overall ok. Needs a bit of love but still felt clean. Staff : friendly. Would I go again ? Definitely not I travel for business, not sure with the family.

Very very disappointed with the service overall. Your luggage is not safe there. My 2 diamond wedding rings were stolen from the room table during my recent visit to travelodge. When I went to front desk to register my complain they took it lightly and said that they will do something about it in the morning. On asking about my complaint in the morning , their rude manager just came to me and said that he would investigate this matter. He didn't even bother to apologize for what happened. When we told him that we were about to leave the city in an hour he sent a lady to search our room who found nothing and then the front desk lady made a creepy story that they found a pair of earing yesterday while room service and it was probable that my rings were also somewhere in the sheet. What a group of liars they are! I had no earings which were missing, they just tried to distract my attention from the matter whereas I knew they will do nothing. I'm going to file a complain to the head office of travelodge against the rude behavior of manager and theft! Highly unprofessional and rude. Looking forward to hear something from police as I registered a complain there.
