The rooms and some facilities feel somewhat dated but for the price and location close to Montreal I believe this is great value. The staff is helpful. On-site restaurant looks good although we never actually ate there we explored the town's restaurants which is an 8 minute drive.

Very spacious rooms with a great restaurant and excellent spa services. Must attend for a true valuable experience

Purchased a Groupon for $99 for a Large king bed and hot tub in the room. With the groupon, they charge an additional $118 in tax. And breakfast is not incl. 50 min massages are $69 per person. Overall I spent over $300 at this spa and it wasn't worth the trip. 6 hour drive from Toronto to come to an unkept "hotel" is quite disappointing. I would recommend people read these reviews and take it seriously and don't have high expectations. We were freezing in our rooms last night.. the thermostat set at 63 with no option for heat. It's clean but just bearable. The front steps are an eyesore upon turning into the facility. The grass and landscaping need to be kept. If they want to continue their reputation as a "spa" , and they want to promote their business by using Groupon and offer it in Toronto, consider the following : 1) make the entrance to your parking (and lobby) more welcoming 2) hire bilingual staff (more than 1) 3) maybe don't have the spa downstairs in the basement where it literally looks like you're walking into a horror film 4) change the carpets (the dark color looks very unappealing) 5) regular updates to the rooms and change the color (it just looks like jail cells now from the entrance ) The town itself is beautiful, green and quaint.

Despite its far location, the stay was comfortable and the staff was friendly. Food was good as well.

Only negative is the rooms are old - need to be refreshed. There not lots of positive. Bed is comfy. There are outdoor jacuzzi ( ask for a robe at front desk) , indoor pool and jacuzzi. There’s even a tennis court, and a piano. Very cute lobby. Rate is very reasonable. Staff very friendly. Bring your own shampoo, conditioner, body wash etc. I won’t use theirs. There’s a fridge in the room. There’s a microwave by the reception area. Very handy. Very close to go kart, ski area, Tanger outlet and kids play area.
