Hotel staff was nice but we had to wait an hour for our rooms before they were ready, until about 5:15pm. Half an hour in we were told our rooms were ready but went up and saw it was not. The 'Spa" is supposed to be 17+ years of age but was filled with children running about. Relaxing in a hot tub was rather difficult when being stepped on and splashed. Our rooms shower was also incredibly sensitive to temperature where one slight wrong true would leave you being sprayed with scorching hot water. This applied to the sink and shower. And the soaps there were pretty useless too. Beds were nice but pillows felt essentially hollow. WiFi was also rather slow

Rooms were clean but some air conditioners we not working in some of the rooms we had rented. They could not fix them and would not change our rooms. Accommodations are average, with good water pressure in the showers. Would recommend staying

Clean, well kept rooms, friendly and helpful staff available 24 hrs. Did not like the strong smell of chlorinated water from the pool inside. Breakfast and lunch served in Boston Pizza resto-bar located in the same building - food is good, but nothing exceptional. Ordered ribs which I liked, but the salad that came together could be better. In short, good, but average.

The hotel is very nice, and in fact I've been there many times and I'm planning to come back because the location next to Universite Laval is very convenient. Our room this time, however, had more of a feeling of a motel room in terms of space, just a shampoo and no cream nor conditioner, etc. The reason I'm giving three stars was the bed: the mattress was uncomfortable and I woke up with back pain. (I originally gave two stars, but I think I was unfair.)

My experience was quite poor. The hotel needs a good sprucing up and needs to incorporate sound insolation between rooms. I was woken up by a normal volume conversation in the room next door at about 2:30AM. At about 2:45 I realized this would go on for a bit and transferred rooms (reception originally made it seem there were no other rooms). I should also note their room fridges make a lot of noise. I was sadly not really able to get back to sleep afterwards. In the morning I noticed the sink was cracked in my new room. On the plus side, from my brief one night stay, I think they take room cleanliness seriously. I doubt I would stay here again due to the lack of sound insulation
