My stay at the Grand Times Hotel was short, only one night for work. It was my first time at the hotel. The ambiance was nice, more of a romantic type hotel and very modern. Rooms are spacious, and I loved the low lighting. Bathroom was nice, once again very modern. The location of the hotel is great if you're looking to stay near the airport. Quite a few eating place near by. Overall my stay at the Grand times hotel was very pleasant, I will be back for sure.

I will not visit this place again. The room is dark even with 7 lights in the room, each turned on or off in it's own way, the room is dark. Wifi is fine but the tv does not have a guide channel so I never had any idea what was on. The crowning glory was that the A/C would only work for 5 to 10 and then it would shut off. Now on most hotels there will be issues but this hotel is fairly new so this was not acceptable. It was hard to believe but the hotel was full so I had no option other than grin and bear it. Even the towels were an issue. Somehow a wet towel was removed but no dry replacement was given. All these annoyances are hard to swallow when you're paying top dollar rates.

Amazing 3 star hotel! The rooms are extremely large, spacious, and has everything a traveller could ask for. The hotel staff is nice and wuick with check instead. They offer shuttle service to YQB airport and offer free breakfast. Rooms are clean, the facility is very modern, and beds are incredibly comfortable.

This hotel is ok, you are not in the city proper, so it has perks like free parking and breakfast. Room rates are pretty cheap too. Nearby are shops and restaurants which is a plus along with a great highway network to get you to old Quebec city. Lighting in the rooms is pretty low and the dark paintings and darkly coloured walls add to a feeling of discomfort. The smell is musty ( mind you it was 33 degrees outside and humid during my stay) although everything looks clean, you wonder... Nice spacious bathroom. Elevator was broken for my stay. When I inquired at check in (it wasn't mentioned) I was asked if I needed help. I declined. It was an ok stay for 1 Night, wouldn't want to stay a week.

Well appointed room. Comfortable bed. I'm happy with my stay here. The pool and fitness rooms are a bit underwhelming though.
