Good location about 15 minutes outside of the old town Quebec city and the main tourist areas by the St Lawrence river. Note that all of the walking consists of uphill. Staff at the front desk are efficient and get the job done but you just don't get the warm welcome feeling some other hotels convey to you as a guest. Each night after a long day of touring, we would walk past the small front reception area where all of the staff were located. There was never any greeting such as "hello" or "welcome" by any of the team. Housekeeping needs improvement as I left the standard card placed on my bed to change the linens along with an envelope they leave specifically labeled for tips on my bed. To my surprise when I returned, the tip was gone but my bed linens were not changed. Bathroom essentials were not replenished such as the roll of toilet paper and tissue. On the positive note, my room was clean and very quiet. I could barely hear any noise from the outside hall or adjacent rooms.

Room was perfect. Glass and tile rain shower was definitely my favorite part. Room smelled fresh and clean. Restaurant was good as well. Best pet friendly hotel I have been at so far. Valet parking only but finding parking anywhere else downtown is difficult. Worth every penny.

This is the best Best Western we have ever stay at. The room was on the top floor (6th) and had a great view. The room had many thoughtful features which made me think that the people in charge asked customers what they wanted and don't get at most hotels. The only complaint is trying to find the darn place via the address. More signage and instructions would help. The entrance is not on the street address. Great value!!

The service is lacking. We booked room for 4 but on arrival there were 2 coffee pods and 2 cups for 4 of us. When I called and asked for more they said OK and never showed up. The hotel parking was full and I was asked to park somewhere else which was annoying. The room was ok but quite worn. Our room was not made on the second day. The good: The hotel is nicely located. Has two nice restaurants (skip the buffet style breakfast as its horrible). There was a young girl helping us on the first day (don't remember the name but she was Russian) - extremely pleasant - she was the highlight of our stay there - helped my family to feel welcomed.

Hotel was very convenient to local transportation and tour bus stop(about a block away) No city noises were heard within the hotel. Restaurant served an excellent and reasonably priced breakfast. Parking was handled by valet service and we were able to access our vehicle to get items we had left in the car
