I am reluctant to tell the world what a good hotel this is, because we hope to stay here again. We stayed in a room recently upgraded -- clean, bright, intelligently organized. It actually had great reading lights, not just at the desk but on both sides of the bed. (No more fighting over who gets to see the page they are reading at night.) Great staff. Location is good if you are on a long drive and arrive late -- it's just off the main highway. Not so great if you love to walk out of your hotel and stroll around the most interesting part of the city. But they have a shuttle to Old Quebec. A happy find.

Really nice room. Loved that there were little pot lights over the bed and you could control them with the dimmer switch beside the bed. The room was clean. I would stay here again. Conveniently located close to the airport.

This hotel is beautiful inside and out. The outdoor pool is in the process of being redone and will not be open until mid July. Staff is bilingual and very friendly. Restaurant is VERY chick and the food is very good. If I get a chance, I will be staying there again.

First time at this hotel and quite impressed! Cozy, warm and nice room at a reasonable price. Close to downtown and shopping centres. Staff is courteous and always ready to help... with a smile ;-) recommend to anyone coming to Quebec City for business or pleasure

Excellent hotel with a great location. I booked this place at the last minute, but it turned out to be a very good decision. The hotel is easy to access from the highway, is a couple minutes from the train station, and it is just a few minutes away from a large shopping mall. There is a bus that runs right downtown about a 3 min walk from the hotel as well. Very convenient and very clean. The shower was amazing! I will be staying here again.
