Clean room, comfortable. Booked a room specifically for 3 people. Was given a room with one king size bed and told there were no cots available. I would have assumed they would have reserved one for me, since I was charged $10 extra for the 3rd person. Slow wifi. Limited breakfast options in restaurant, eat down the street at Cora's. Pool tiny and way too much chlorine.

Checked into this hotel last minute. It’s decent if you’re traveling alone or don’t mind being so far away from downtown. Beds were comfortable and the amenities were appreciated. The customer service is far from decent. Asked for a crib 4 times and didn’t receive one. Also, the screaming and yelling from other guests from 12-2am was not controlled either. Definitely not worth paying more than $100 a night.

I had the luxury of having the premium suite for my wedding day prep. The rooms were absolutely stunning and clean. I was so stressed with the wedding and this was just so relaxing knowing I had no problem with the hotel. Thank you to the staff who took care of us during the stay. As well as the little restaurant! Amazing food!

Very lovely experience. Front desk staff are friendly and helpful, the restaurant is delicious, and there IS free parking. The rooms are quite lovely and comfortable, and we've found it quiet and clean. We'd happily stay here again.

Service was great, good location for visiting the botanic garden and the Olympic park. Was expecting a little more from the breakfast but it was fine. Overall a very nice place to stay
