Nice, clean, affordable hotel close to the mall. This rating would have been higher if not for my checkout experience right at the end of my stay. At checkout, the only staff on duty told me there was an extra charge on my room but couldn’t tell me why. Full disclosure it was an incredibly low amount so I figured I’d pay it first rather than waiting for a manager to come on duty to ask them. So I asked for his name so I could follow up after, and he processed to get very angry asking me why I needed his name. To management’s credit, charge was reversed before I even had a chance to follow up. Again, great hotel, just an unpleasant interaction at the end.

The hotel is closed to many amenities like a mall , restaurants and gas stations. It is also 20min from the old Quebec city which makes it ideal for a visit. The rooms are spacious and clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They also have a pool which I used and is very refreshing especially during hot summers.

Location isn't really ideal but if you are going by car it is worth it to save the money. It is close to a few restaurants which is ideal. Breakfast isn't included unfortunately. The rooms are quite modern and it's a quiet quaint hotel. Service was great. I wish they would put robes though.

Great room. Really comfy bed. Staff were friendly and helpful. Restaurant on site had a decent hot breakfast buffet.

Rooms were clean, staff was very friendly. The front desk clerks we're proficient in both English and French. Our room had a broken chair which was fixed fairly quickly once the front desk was notified. The chain on the blinds was also broken. Layout was a little awkward for a family of four in a 2x Queen bed room. Bathroom was spacious but felt cramped because of inefficient usage of the ample space.
