It was a decent hotel, nothing special. Wish I did more research, I would have chosen someplace else. Lobby area and staff were nice. The rooms & balconies are a little run down, nothing modern. The best part of the hotel was the bartender (Mona, I think). We enjoyed chatting with her and viewing her artwork that was on display.

So many lovely things about this marvelous hotel. The room was amazing, very big and clean, modern looking too! The gym was amazing. Had a lot of peices of equipment, an actual bench press and barbell! Lobby was really nice. Desk staff was incredibly nice. Thanks to Andrea for always being helpful and smiling while doing so! The only issue we encountered was a self caused misplaced valuable belonging. After searching my thoughts, I remembered where I had hidden the item and called the hotel to get in touch and had success! A million thanks to Meghan from housekeeping!!!! She interpreted my message perfectly and retrieved my belonging and called me back soon after. So get this, the item was $340 cash! She wouldn't even take the tip I offered for the super big help! This is a great brand with incredible employees. Thanks also for helping with the process to Diana From front desk. And many congrats to Valarie, the Director of guest services for keeping a very organized operation with all of the team members seemingly very happy in their workplace.

This hotel is nothing short of extraordinary. The VIP room on the 23rd floor is the way to go. For minimal cost they serve a nice breakfast, light dinner (appetizers) and coffee, tea and cold drinks all day. MJ who is one of your hostesses made our stat extra special with her hospitality and Jocelyn who works in the gym was wonderful. We plan on returning!

Clean, nice, spacious rooms. Very good service, dealt with our room issues right away and followed up with us the next day. Friendly and pleasant front desk staff and cleaning staff. Perfectly and centrally located, close walk to many sights and attractions (Old Montreal, China town, Place des arts...) Good, safe area to walk at night. About 15 min walk from train station. Would definitely stay here again

Such a great location! The hotel itself was pretty big. It has a fantastic fitness area, so much variety for any type of fitness from CrossFit movements to basic treadmills and bikes. The front desk staff were super friendly and accommodating. We were there for a hockey tournament and it they set us all up on the same floor which was very convenient for us as well as other guests. Rooms were quite spacious and trendy. The beds were super comfortable. Each room has a balcony which was great to keep our refreshments cold as there was no mini fridge which was a small drawback. Definitely stay there again.
