Family Review: I've been here before and loved it. This time they've gone through some renovations. The pool is closed and the new remodeling isn't family friendly. I prefer a real door for a bathroom not a door that slides on a track and doesn't lock. They have replaced the closet with an open design. I do like the new color scheme and the wood-like floors. Oh, and the new shower/body spray was pretty cool. The new design is pushing the cleaning staff harder. They have a lot more clean so they are forgetting on restocking towels. Expect to pay a lot for breakfast and parking.

Nice hotel. U dergoing renovation. Old rooms are just as nice as updated. Pool is NOT being renovated as we were told, it is being removed completely. Concierge staff was outstanding. Concierge lounge has an awesome view. Breakfast was smaller than others I have been to. None the less, I enjoyed my stay.

Staff was wonderful and very helpful. I appreciated that everyone spoke English to me so that I would understand. The room was spectacular! I truly enjoyed my stay and hope to return soon!

Older hotel in the heart of Montreal with convenient access to the metro. The rooms have been very recently renovated and they did a great job. On site parking is convenient and $27 a day but no in/out privileges.

Great classic hotel close to the port and old Montreal, friendly and knowledgeable staff and despite the renovations we took advantage of its great location and proximaty to all of the best spots. We were also able to check in early after being upgraded to the newly renovated suites, NICE!
