Our family enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The staff were truly awesome, warm and extremely helpful. The rooms were clean , cool and comfortable. There are microwaves , Keurigs and bar fridges in each room The complimentary breakfast was great. We were lucky to get a parking spot on the outside the hotel , so we didn’t have to pay $20/day for parking. My son and I used the gym daily which was about a block away. We were able to walk to many restaurants and stores nearby as it’s a great location. I recommend Chateau st Marc for families/ couples for an excellent stay in Toronto.

We thought this hotel was super quirky, and fun! It's a little eccentric, but in a good way! We loved our room, and would recommend staying here to anyone who doesn't want a "cookie cutter" hotel room at a chain hotel! The location was convenient for exploring the city, we were lucky enough to get free street parking for our whole stay. The staff was friendly and accommodating. It was nice that breakfast was included, but our only complaint was that the bagels and croissants were a little stale.

I stayed here years ago with my ex at the time, it was her birthday and I took her on a romantic getaway to Montreal and this boutique style wonder of a hotel was so accommodating and beyond breath taking! Before arriving to Montreal for the first time, I didn’t know what to expect but the hotel staff hooked it up and even surprised my ex and I with free mini bottles of champagne and a happy birthday message for her which she absolutely loved. I have a special place in my heart for Montreal and this fine hotel and I can’t wait to go back because the memories I had there will be with me forever. God Bless the owner and staff alike.

Spacious rooms. But "boutique" is definitely applicable. For 15 dollars they will make you as many bacon, sausage and eggs as you can eat. Very friendly staff.

Would never stay here again. The pictures are beautiful and deceptive. We arrived under the impression that there was underground parking under the 'hotel'. While the kind older gentelman took our payment and was processing our arrival, I decided to go up to our room and quickly place our luggage. When I got back downstairs it was empty. Realizing my boyfriend was parking the car with the only hotel employee, I sat and waited. The eerie silence of being completely alone in a big and somewhat under-construction "hotel" started to creep me out. More than 15 minutes went by and I really started to become uncomfortable. I had plenty of time to look around and see how utterly gross and unclean literally everthing was....the marbel walls and floor in the bathroom looked as if they had never been cleaned at all. The sink and taps were filthy and don't get me started on the bed sheets! The sheets looked nice, clean and crisp on the outside. However, look inside and you will see the dirty truth. They more than likely hadn't been changed in awhile. When my S.O. finally came back, he explained that the underground parking was at another hotel and charged extra... Weird. In the morning before our departure, we decided we would rinse the tub and run the jets to clean it out before having a nice bath. We love baths. When the on/off buttons wouldn't work we called the hotel to ask what the issue was. When they called back to inform us of an electrical issue they did offer to change our room but at that point we were just done with this experience. Never again. Save yourself.
