For the most part, our stay was enjoyable. The kinks have come after we checked out. They put a $100 deposit on my credit card when we arrived on 5/16. Checked out early, early morning on 5/20. Have called them twice about pending charge on my credit card account. First time I called, it took them forever to see when and IF we even had stayed there! That was about 3 days ago. Called back today and same thing happened. The front desk person couldn't even find my reservation! She let me speak to Melinda Beltran who is a sales assistant and Melinda FINALLY found our reservation and helped me out. Turns out the hotel has canceled the transaction, but it has not made it through my credit card channels. Thank you Melinda for your help! You were very efficient and helpful! As for your systems...why couldn't 2 of your front desk persons even find my reservations? That is ridiculous.

Clean hotel. Close to lots of restaurants, and things to do. The Metro station is at the end of the street. Breakfast was good, not sure why they call it an American breakfast.... consisted of eggs, sausage, homefries, baked beans, cereal, lots of breads, yogurt and coffee and juice. The room was clean, and I liked the little kitchen. Good with the kids. I would stay here again.

The location is great, so is the values for money! Our room was huge (2 queen beds). The staff at the reception is very helpful and friendly.
