I totally love this hotel! It's accessible to public transportation and restaurants! The staffs are all kind and nice. The room is clean and stylish that made us feel like we're princesses and very highly! I love the vibe here. I highly recommend this and might visit this hotel again.

Loved the art work, and the staff was very friendly. Know what you're getting though, the building is historic so the rooms are small, and the bathroom is almost airplane size. But it was an enjoyable stay. Great location and definitely has it's charm.

Very unique hotel! If you're looking for a true Montreal experience, look no further. As this is an historic building, there are stairs involved (no elevator). Also you will have to leave your car keys at the front desk if you park here. It is close to the metro and many attractions so no car was needed during our visit. Would stay here again and highly recommend!

Stayed in this hotel for six nights and had no problems whatsoever. The staff were welcoming and incredibly helpful. The room was the perfect size, and it was very comfy and clean. The free breakfast was excellent and included muffins, croissants, bagels, fruit, and yogurt. The location of the hotel was fantastic, in between two festivals and walking distance from many streets with shops and restaurants. We highly enjoyed our stay and plan on returning, merci beaucoup!

We stayed in a Comfort Queen room for five nights. This came with the following: queen bed, two chairs and a table, two end tables, a TV, a desk and a dresser. There was a safe and two extra pillows in the small closet. The bed was comfortable, clean and firm. The washroom was very tiny, but the water pressure in the shower was pretty decent! Two soaps, two shampoos and body wash were provided. Towels, hand towels and washcloths were also provided. All clean! Our room was on the third floor. There are no elevators and the staircases have at least one turn in them so larger luggage, be aware. It's still doable! This is an old building and there was a smell of stale cigarette smoke in the room. Once the AC unit was going it was not noticable. The AC unit should come with directions. The first few mornings we woke up freezing. But the unit is very fast and efficient. The breakfast works a bit differently here. You sit down in the breakfast room and look at the menu on the wall. It is very limited but tasty. You order what you'd like and a server brings it to you. You are able to serve yourself coffee or tea. Our food menu included muffins, yogurt, toast and croissant. They also have orange juice. This is a bilingual establishment. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. The WiFi leaves much to be desired, although I think it was our room. In the lobby it worked better but otherwise was spotty and slow.
