When I got to the hotel I left my phone in the taxi. The receptionist was super lovely and helpful. I got my phone back 30 minutes later. The private room is small and the bathroom is extremely small, but I think it adds to the beautiful character. This hotel is very well located. 10 min walk to the château Frontenac and 5 min from Porte sainte-Jean. Great breakfast, lunch, dinner and coffee places all around. I will definetly be staying here again! Merci Hotel Maison Ste-Ursule, je vais jamais t'oublierai!

Very cute n cozy place to stay. I love our room as it has a rustic attic feel, has a small sink inside, plus a little balcony. Receptionist was very helpful in recommending places to eat since the room didn't come with any breakfast. The location was very near places to eat and walkable to other attractions. Just a heads up though, the hotel is uphill so better travel light or you will be pushing or dragging your suitcases like what we did. Hehe Aside from this, had a super great stay and will definitely go back!

Room is confortable, although very small. Hotel is inside the old city, very close to many attractions and restaurants.

Great location, reasonable price, super friendly staff! Free WiFi, but breakfast wasn't included (which can be explained by the age and size of the building). The staff was very helpful in identifying and providing directions to several nearby eating options. Plenty of free parking available on the street. Highly recommended!

Good spot, close to major touristic places. I got the room number 5, very clean and cozy. Need a little more table space and is a VERY SMALL bathroom, but doable even for a big guy like me, 6.4ft.
