I am unsure how this hotel can have such a strong rating. I typically don’t rate a 1-star unless I feel cheated. I am perplexed that the rating at this hotel is so high. It doesn’t make sense, and it’s obviously I don’t agree. We only stayed here for 2 nights. William checked us in and he was very nice. Our first obstical came when we came in for the evening. The room was cooler then outside, but not by much. Our room temp was 24c and we lowered to 22c .,the temp never lowered and the night was really miserably warm. By morning, it was cooler outside then the temps in our room. The next day we complained and the hostess said she couldn’t do anything and that’s the way it was. When we got back to our room, our room thermostat temp was 27c (80f)Today is July 2 and it’s 95f..,.a very hot day. Our other issue is the internet. It should be known that the internet is hit or miss. If you need inet like we do, for work, forget it. We booked thru Booking and these were criteria’s our reservation was booked on. This hotel falsely advertised their features. I have no problem paying any price for their rooms, but no AC or inet is a waste for us, especially when they advertise they have. Our stay was miserable.

Staffs are very kind and polite. The hotel manager explained the reason about my complaints.

The reviews said it all. Friendly staff. Cozy rooms. Attentiveness on point. Speak both English and French is a plus.
