It's primally located near the coolest street in old Town, st jean. The food was great and the service of Marriott needs no introduction. You can get your bicycles in if you are renting one and they'll take good care of it. Loved the place.

From the valet to the concierge the service and attention to detail was excellent. They noticed I was a bit tired from my drive and offered me a bottle of water as well as hung up my jacket in the room. The little details are what matter. I would give 5 stars but the experience at the restaurant was not as good. The server wasn't paying attention to notice I was hoping to be seated and served. I found the service from the server specifically to be lacking. However the kitchen was excellent and accommodated my dietary needs. The central air did not keep the room cool enough too so it was difficult to sleep at night. All in all I highly recommend the hotel!

Wish I could give this hotel 10 stars. Excellent service, staff goes above and beyond. Can not say enough great things about our time here! Plus, it is located in beautiful old Quebec. Leave your car with the valet, you are going to want to walk.

Loved our stay at the Québec City Marriott downtown. This hotel couldn't be more perfectly located. Across the street from Palais Montcalm, and steps away from the action of Old Quebec. The front desk staff were incredibly kind and charming. The room was spacious and on par with what you'd expect for a 4-star hotel.

The staff here are suffocatingly helpful. This is not always a good thing but these folks REALLY want you to enjoy their hotel. My room was huge with a good shower, excellent mini bar (like, a real mini bar with its own sink and, basically, cocktail preparation area) a good shower, comfy bed and was clean. The bar was cosy and had a decent drinks selection. The breakfast was pricey for what it was, but I went to the local patisseries anyway. Thumbs up.
