We stay here for a week. The place is easily accessible and to find. Its about 20 minutes from the airport. The staff at reception was great, friendly and bilingual. The place itself has ample parking. The rooms are a great size. The pool and hot tub area was good. The hot tub wasn't "hot" it was more so warm. We had a room on the main floor that lead into the pool area. It was a great feature. The downfall was at open and close times of the pool a person would come lock and unlock the door. (ensuring people weren't using it after hours.) was very loud. It would sound like someone was coming into the room. Also the birds they had were very loud. If you were trying to sleep in a little that wouldn't work. They would be up very early and make tons of noise. The gym is a little outdated but enough to get a decent work out. There is tons of restaurants in the area to chose from. Tim horton's, McDonald's, Mike's and a few others. All the bilingual staff. Overall the hotel was what we needed for a week.

The hotel locations is great for quick access to Quebec city but not having to be in the downtown area. The rooms are vinyl instead of carpet so every tiny thing your kids spill on the floor will be kicked around until next clean. No mini broom in the room to take care of it. No free breakfast which is more common in the lower price hotels. The rooms walls are not well taken care of. The pool is the primary feature. It's small but fun for young kids. Older kids wouldn't get as much out of it. If you come surengg bust times you may not get to swim as 20 persons is max. Hot tub is tiny for adults only. 3.5 stars.

Had a room next to the pool. Space for table and chairs outside the pool door (ground floor). It can get noisy, but pool closes at 2200... We were able to stay out on our "patio" until late; no music allowed. They lock the pool entrance from our room until it opens at 0900 (sometime in the early am?). We called to have it opened at around 0800; it was quiet @ that time. Nice place to bring the kids, restaurant literally next door; get your "gift" at the front desk (restaurant voucher, available at the time of this writing) --> burger was good! Note: *Sigh* people "borrowed" our chairs from our ground floor patio... We just took it back... 🙄 ; Our patio was connected to the common area around the pool... Also visited the aquarium.. if going in winter, bring the snow pants... bouncy castles, and slides for kids! - get the aquarium deal that the hotels offers!

We arrived at 7:30 p.m to check in and we were told that the room was not ready. The air conditioner in the room was very very noisy. The only good point for the hotel is that they gave us a discount for the inconvenients.

We arrived on 7/3 with departure on 7/7. The AC hardly worked. We went out for dinner and a show at 3:15pm. I stopped at the front desk and informed the manager on duty that our unit stopped working and hoped it could be fixed upon our return. We returned at 1am. It wasn't repaired. The manager on duty at that time came to our room and showed me what to do when it stopped. He left and 5mins later it shut down. It took me till 2:30am to get it to stay on. I have never been through this before. We had to ask to have our room freshened up and new towels. Our last day, 7/6, no towels again, I went to the pool area and got towels myself. Didn't bother asking again. This place is okay for a one night stay but wouldn't make it a lengthy stay. We will not come back.
