A great choice of hotel. Spotless and a beautiful aroma meets you entering the foyer and bedrooms. We loved the peace and quiet and really enjoyed our four night stay. The room was a little small but that was ok. I was amazed that there was no tea/coffee making facilities in the bedroom. Had to go to breakfast room for the coffee but it was worth it as it was one of the best. Staff were so courteous and helpful. Would highly recommend this boutique hotel for a relaxing break.

No toiletries offered. Would have been nice to know in advance. Some staff are friendly and some should work on their customer service skills. Although it’s nice that there is a 24h tea and coffee lounge, having to go out of the room just for a cup of tea was annoying.

Great space and spot near trendy rue Cartier. Lovely rooms, though walls are thin so could easily hear neighbouring room talking loudly on the phone. Rooftop patio and fire pit was a delight. Walking distance to old part of town. Would stay here again!

Great little boutique hotel lots of artistic decor, roof top patio with a fire pit and seating. Front desk offered free marshmallows as well. Only reason for a 3 star was we were put on the first floor right next to the back entrance, as well as the main dining breakfast area. Which proved to be quite noisy during breakfast hours. Other then that staff were great very accommodating.

My gf and I stayed here during our stay in Quebec City and we absolutely loved the hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was great, the rooftop terrace was very nice too although we didn't end up roasting marshmallows over the fire as we ran out of time. The location of the hotel is perfect, close to much of what we had on our itinerary so we just walked everywhere.
