Dark and dingy. Smells musty but the room is clean, no fault there. The rooms are overly dark and sombre with insufficient lighting. The elevator was broken on arrival. Not far from but still outside of Quebec city proper. This means cost is low, parking is free so it is economical. Did I mention breakfast is included? Bread, cereal, fresh fruit and a decent cuppa Joe. Will I be back, not likely but it is convenient for work related travel.

I was in an allegedly executive suite on the top floor. Ceiling had what looked like water damage or was unpainted concrete. Either or, it was ugly to look at when lying in bed. The room was very dark: not only the ambiance but all the lighting was underwhelming. The continental breakfast was subpar. It's nice to have 10 different types of bread but if you don't eat carbs, it was not offering much other choice. Hard boiled eggs were not fresh. Grapefruit juice was nice. Bed was comfortable. Even with the AC off, there was a constant humming/vibration that woke me up the first night, forcing me to wear earplugs the 2nd night. The curtains were too small for the windows and both nights we were awaken by the morning sunrise. I feel that this hotel was not worth the $180 a night. I have had better rooms in $50 motels.

I wouldn't stay here again. I stayed at this hotel for a business trip because of the location, it had been recommended to me by a colleague. The lobby of the hotel is probably the nicest thing about it. The fireplace and lounge area is very nice and I was hoping the rooms would be just as nice. The room was clean and quiet, which was its only saving grace. The room was sparsely furnished and even with all of the lights on still quite dim. The TV is relatively small. I found it absolutely crazy that the room had both a mini fridge and a microwave but no plates or cutlery and no coffee maker! There is no restaurant in the hotel or room service so if you want anything to eat (besides the overpriced snacks in the vending machines) you're out of luck. The pool and gym are ridiculously small. I had a look at the "breakfast" in the morning which consisted of coffee, juice, tea, toast, bagels and fruit salad. I ended up going elsewhere to get breakfast. As a place to sleep the hotel was decent as I'm not usually able to sleep when I travel but I did get a good night's rest here. But the complete lack of amenities mean you get very little bang for your buck.

Room was spacious and clean, nice area within walking distance to restaurants and a shopping mall. Check in was quick and hassle free.

Was well recieved, rooms clean and modern, small pool and hot tub but very clean and super friendly staff. The hotel is not central but a short drive to attractions. There's no nice views in this hotel as it seems it's in an industrial park but it's really nice!
