I have been coming here fishing for 10 years always had a pleasant stay good boat parking with electric to charge the battery. Now a new owner comes in let's 2 tour buses take up most of the front parking and we all had to park in back with no electric most of the time toilet keeps running the shower head is so loose it moves all by it self if this is the way it is going to be I will find another place to spend my money I guess he is anti fisherman or can't figure out that lake Champlain is a fishing destination and he will loose.

Room perfect for one night. The room is clean and comfortable. The fridge made an annoying sound so we unplugged it. Internet is slow but it's not the end of the world. Forced me to read a book instead. The room did have a strange smell but I was just staying here for one night which made it the perfect place. Like someone else said there are plugs everywhere and at good places. Better than in most hotels

+ Middle range in price Comfortable bed - Check-in took over 1h as the clerk couldn't find the previous guest Expedia reservation even after calling the manager, and let another guy checking out late at 7.15pm in front of me. Each guest took 30min of interaction Kitchenette had no dish soap or any type of utensils There's no beach 2min walk away, it's 2min drive away and the city Beach is $8/car, campground day use $5

Hotel was nice and recently freshened up. Rooms looked a lot nicer than in previous years. Great location just off the I-87 exit.
