Hotel room was much bigger than expected. The beds were unbelievably comfortable, the rooms were very clean. The gym was decent and there was a pool available. Had it not been for the fact that the elevator needed maintenance work twice during my stay; I would have given the hotel 5 stars. I did get a drink voucher for the inconvenience though. The staff was very friendly! Would definitely consider staying here again

Excellent service, stayed there one night, food for breakfast was okay, your typical breakfast: Eggs, Bacon, Sausage, Potatoes, ham and toast. It was nice and calm.

Overall good experience, very comfortable beds. However there were a couple of issues, first the elevator did breakdown twice during our stay, our room was located on the last floor so it was a hassle carrying the heavy bags up there, though we were given drink vouchers as compensation, also the problem was resolved rather quickly. Another issue were the door knobs on our room and bathroom door, the doors had to be pushed a certain way to lock them, again a bit of a hassle but I guess negligible. I do recommend this hotel. I would stay here again.

Clean rooms. Free breakfast. New beds but the hotel itself is definitely seasoned. Solid choice to stay in the Plattsburgh area though.

Great family place. Large pool and Jacuzzi and nice clean rooms. Beds were quite comfortable and a very large continental breakfast. We will be going back!
