Very friendly staff!! Is all it has going for it. All things considering the staff was great.... the first of the two nights we were there.... had ants all over our room... i mean everywhere... frankly quite disgusted and almost left, but the maintenance came and helped us clean some things up and got it under control with a fair bit of raid. then the first night listening to the leaking roof by the airconditioner....tried to speak with the manager on a couple different occasions with never a call back...probably not be going back..

Extremely overpriced piece of junk. When a hotel charges you 120 bucks for a night there are generally some standards. This place is more like 1 star which has not very nice rooms at all. Rooms were too small and everything inside seemed from 1920s. There was no proper settings for air conditioning or heat. No direct number for room service on the phone, so if someone has questions that person would have to walk downstairs and go to the reception counter and ask for help. Luckily we only had to stay there for a night and we left early morning. One of the female staff members who had a real real hard time smiling at all of us. Maybe she was having a bad day at 9 am in the morning because she had to come to this place to work. A wise person should save their money and try some other place. Not impressed at all.

Bathroom wasn't cleaned well, pool is really not great as the water slides don't work and the chlorine is so high your skin hurts, the shower doesn't work well. You pay for these things but it's not super worth it. Also the concierge is never at the front desk.

Ate at Smitty's. Food was good. Little bit pricy.
