We stayed in the suit on the 4th floor. The room was NOT properly cleaned. We had two dogs, and two small children staying in the room and found several small white unmarked pills under the couch. There was garbage stuffed behind the beds. Not to mention, the complimentary breakfast selection isn’t wonderful. The futon couch had thin blankets, so when we asked for an extra, they only gave us one old dusty ratty one that they wouldn’t have put on the bed before because it should’ve been thrown out. The air in the pool area wasn’t very good, they had to have the back door open the whole time all day, being that it was 35 degrees outside, the pool area was very hot. The staff seemed moderately nice, we didn’t get room service so I can’t comment on that, the room was a very good size and was nice upon entering and the beds are fairly good. However, the room was NOT properly cleaned and there are some things that can clearly be improved on. Imagine if one of our kids or dogs ate one of those pills under the couch?

Overnight stay was good for families. Rooms were clean but in need of small maintenance here and there. Pool was very strong with chlorine. Breakfast needed more variety.

Worst stay I have ever experienced in a hotel in many years. Showed up and they couldn't find my reservation even with the confirmation number still couldn't find it, so was given a reduced rate on a down graded from our reserved room.. but had to get 2 rooms instead of one. Was not given my reward points, hotel was dirty, fridge didn't work in our room, pool area was dirty and the guy cleaning windows was making them worse. Beds were caving in the middle. There were a bunch of baseball players showing up later in the evening and thought it would be funny to press all the buttons on the elevator so after hurting my knee on the bottom of the pool coming off the slide, ended up walking upstairs. Very very disappointed and really hoping that they fix some problems cause these hotels are usually pretty good.

Hotel room was meh. Swimming pool is kinda small but the water temp was great. The slide is way more fun than it looks. Milk was always warm for cereal

Friendly staff, great service. Kids loved the pool and water slide. Very reasonable rates.
