Clean, modern rooms with comfortable beds. Large parking lot (above ground) so parking is not a worry. Fast food is nearby and downtown is a five minute drive away. Continental breakfast is good with decent options. Free guest Wifi is quite slow, but usable.

Excellent parking lot. Plenty of room for tailgating. Stopped at the moose across the street and pulled into the Ramada for some bagel and eggs. We didn't receive any service from the hotel attendant, but we didn't feel the need to ask for help. All the amenities we required were available already. Highly recommend this parking lot for a quick lunch pit stop. Might get chilly at night.

AFTER A LONG ROAD TRIP PLEASE STAY HERE!! My dad and I drove 13 hours and we were exhausted. They had a hot tub to relax in and the beds were like heaven. Excellent customer service. Great breakfast. Wonderful rooms and spectacular beds.

Very poor and dishonest customer service. I phoned yesterday to block 7 rooms for track and field provincials. They were going to block these particular rooms for $130/night. I mentioned that these rooms were on Expedia for $106/night and said I should book through there instead as it would be cheaper. She said she would check with her manager and get back to me. I assumed she would match the rates. Conveniently she never got back to me until the next day and said the price on Expedia was expired and incorrect and has since been taken down and offered me a rate of $129. I had no choice but to take the rooms as the whole city is almost booked for that weekend. I told her that this was very dirty and underhanded since they waited until the rooms were taken down before they phoned me back. They have since brought the room rate down to $115/night and offered a complimentary room for a team gathering in an attempt for me to have a better opinion of the hotel. I will change my rating to 3 stars and hopefully they will not try to pull this stunt again :).

Front desk staff was kind and courteous, place is very clean. Room is well kept, bed was very comfy. As a personal preference I brought my own pillow as the ones they provide seem a little thick to me. Complimentary breakfast in the morning is good with a waffle maker, juice cereal toast muffins and yogurt. Made eggs and hash browns as well.
