We had a nice time at this hotel. It had everything we needed for our short stay and the low price we paid. Our kids had a blast in the pool/waterside area however the waterside is definitely in need of some updating in my opinion. It looks like some things have been painted recently so I'm hoping the waterside will get some work done on it soon as well. Our complimentary breakfast from Ricky's was excellent. The options were limited bit much nicer than what you would normally get for a continental breakfast. The only other issue we had was that there were several vending machines available but almost all of them used different forms of payment which was kind of a pain because we needed cash for one thing, credit card for another. The cost of our stay was quite low so we felt like we at least got what we paid for. There wasn't anything extra special about it but we didn't expect that anyway for that price. Would definitely stay again.

I booked my daughter's birthday party there and was displeased with the cost of the event because of what we received in return. They make you sign a contract agreeing to pay for 10 guests (which included adults) so family members were not allowed to come and wish the birthday girl a happy birthday at her party without paying more money for more people even physically being in the pool area (even if they weren't swimming) It cost me $115 down payment and then $115 when we arrived. The staff was pleasant towards us and they held our ice cream for us and brought it out after we had pizza. We also had our own cupcakes we brought and tidied up any mess we made so it was easier for the staff to clean up after. The pizza looked like it had been sitting out for hours. It was badly burnt and tasted awful! we decided to keep our mouths shut about the pizza because we didn't want to ruin our daughter's special day. It seemed as though the staff wasn't on top of another group of kids who were being dangerous at the slide as well and more than a few times I had to remind other people's kids to be safe and follow the pool rules regarding waiting their turn to go down the slide safely. The staff must have over heard us complaining to one another (seriously the worst pizza we have eaten in our entire lives) because around 8:45 pm the event staff approached us and said we were able to stay until 9:30 pm instead of the original 9 pm time frame we previously agreed upon. For that price though, we were NOT allowed to stay even one night in the hotel room we booked. We wanted to do things properly to respect the establishment unlike people we know who have booked a room for up to three nights for the same price we booked it just to change in for a few hours. I could have gotten my girl a really great gift and they would've had just as much fun at another pool but we put up with this because she wanted to go water sliding. Unless we get a complimentary two night stay at the hotel for writing an honest review of which they can change a few things to better improve their business...we won't be booking a birthday party nor will we be staying there ever again.

This is by far the best Best Western I've ever stayed at! The staff is friendly and kind. The restaurant food is wonderful. The beds are cozy. It even has a water slide!

Comfortable, affordable and easy access to everything. Great wifi and free parking. Conference rooms were well taken care of too... Been here many times... if you have a vehicle, great location... limited on foot.

Great pool and waterslide. Staff was helpful and friendly. Room was sizable and had the usual amenities - keurig, mini fridge, iron, ironing board. Only thing that needs updating are the room keys. One lost its programming and did not work on the pool side door.
