Terrible visit. The day we arrived the air conditioning was not working in our first room so we asked to be placed into another room. The hotel was fine, breakfast was fine, but the reason I am leaving a negative review is for what happened after we checked out. The deposit we paid was supposed to be returned to us, the staff told us it was deleted and was cancelled and would be returned to us. However after another day (every other hotel, every other transaction I made shows the cancellation right away) and I spoke with a man with a thick indian accent, I asked him to please double check that the transaction was cancelled, he rudely interrupted me and said he would call me back 10 minutes later, I wanted and after waiting for THIRTY minutes I called back and he started yelling at me saying my name for the day I told him about does not exist and that there is no such name in the system, I told to check again and he suddenly found it, then I told him that it should show up as cancelled on my bank as it has done that every other place I stayed at and a previous days inn location I stated at a week prior. The indian man kept yelling at me, raising his voice and saying "listen to me" when I was trying to ask a question. He was very rude and aggressive and frustrated me how a hotel company providing service failed to vet an employee who could ruin their reputation. I am leaving a negative review until they rectify and solve this situation. I hope they hold the indian employee at the night shift concierge responsible for his deplorable rude behavior.

Lots of good breakfast foods! Nice staff and very clean rooms. The only issue would be the noise from kids running in the hall.

Rooms were nice, staff was very accommodating, the pool was well maintained, and the provided breakfast (although the typical simple type for a hotel) was quite satisfying. The beds were exquisite.
