We stayed at various Motel 7 motels in the past 30 years. This room is the biggest of all we experienced. The room is spacious and clean. Our only complaint is the odd smell in the elevator, guess someone vomited there earlier. So we preferred to walk up/down stairs. Staff are friendly, courteous and helpful. We will continue to beMotel 6 customers.

Location was convenient. Bed was comfortable. When I took a shower in the morning the water took so long to get hot I thought there was no hot water. But towards the end of my shower it did get hot. Free Coffee in the lobby in the lobby but no food. Overall you get the value of what you paid. No more, no less.

When I first walked in to my room, I was disappointed with the looks of everything. However I very quickly realized that this design is by far the most bedbug resistant design I've ever seen in any hotel or motel. So I think that is fantastic. Of course the first thing I did was inspect for bedbugs, and I found nothing. The mattresses were totally clean. I checked the curtains, and they were completely clean as well. I can't find a problem here anywhere. Internet access is very slow, each device is limited to 1mbps. It's good for basic web browsing only. Maybe you'll be able to upload some photos. Forget about videos. And of course Netflix and YouTube even more so. Last night I made a point of arranging a specific check-out time with the desk clerk. I was just getting up in the morning when cleaning staff tried to enter the room. Why would they do that prior to me checking out?

Your website showed microwaves as being present in the rooms; this was not the case in my room. The microwave was one of the reasons I chose your hotel, as I had my six-month old daughter with me and needed it to sterilize her bottles. There was a microwave available in the lobby, but transporting the hot sterilizer and my daughter up and down three floors multiple times was not ideal. Not having a microwave was not the end of the world, but I would have chosen a different hotel had I not expected there to be one in the room based on the website. The mattress also very much needs to be replaced; there is a significant dent in one side that meant we were only able to use half the bed. However, your staff was very friendly.

Very clean, and comfy beds. Not much to the rooms though. I would say it's good for a place to sleep, not so much for a cozy place to stay for a while.
