We book the Hampton often for employees. We normally pay for the employees' stay but this particular time the Hampton indicated they did not receive the authorization to charge a different card. It took a handful of calls and several weeks to get the charges reversed. The worst part of this is the over limit fees in the amount of $58 that the employee was charged by his bank. The over limit fees were a direct result of the charges made by the Hampton but they said they were not responsible even though they had been contacted 3 times to reverse the charges and given a different credit card. The manager as much as said it was our fault. I would have thought in a competitive market $58 was well worth spending. Not likely to book here again.

Modern Hotel room nothing special, 2 beds, pillows small, heavy blanket was a bit hot, air conditioner had to be really cold to sleep. Kids enjoyed the pool they were disappointed as there was no water slide, had I realized I would have booked a different Hotel. The hot tub was broken down the entire trip disappointing as that would of made a difference. They had a complimentary breakfast in the mornings which was quite nice and very spacious eating area. Forgot my toothbrush they had a complimentary mini tube of toothpaste and disposable toothbrush to use, great because I was in a rush.

Asked for extra towels-got to room 4 towels already-appreciated. Clean tidy. Like the shower. Bkfast provided-like that. No problem finding parking spot. Courteous staff.

Beautiful hotel. Service was awesome. Im sorry but i definitely took all the toiletries in both our suites for camping so thank you for that. Also for not charging us for our late checkout because we were too occupied eating that delicious complimentary breakfast.

Very spacious and comfortable rooms. They even had noise and light blocking apparatus under the doors. Small thing but huge difference in experience. Also, breakfast was just the right amount of ootions, hot and cold.
