Quiet building without much extra noise. No pools and such. Well done renovation all throughout as this hotel has been here for 40 years your never know it. Good parking with access to elevator.

I stayed here recently for a professional conference that lasted two days. The breakfast and lunch buffets that were included were very tasty and kept hot and restocked. Breaks had ample coffee, tea, juice, pop, pastries. There's a Starbucks on site if you want something in particular. My room was quiet and clean. I will say that the queen bed felt a little bit smaller than standard. The hotel is downtown and a quick walk to many restaurants, shops, and the Cornwall shopping centre. Conference rooms were fine for the most part. Lighting was a little harsh and the air did get stuffy at times. Wifi was adequate most of the time, but occasionally had trouble logging in. Parking was included, but normally costs $15/day. This is a newer hotel so everything is clean, sleek, and well-appointed. This is my preferred place to stay in Regina at the mid-price point.

Free warm cookie at checkin. $5 discount voucher towards next morning breakfast if you opt out of housekeeping service that day as water conservation plan. Thumbs up for being environmental friendly. Staff are friendly and welcoming.

This is only regarding Starbucks. I love how close it is to work but they always mess up my dairy free orders so it takes twice as long to get my drink because they have to remake it. Just be more careful reading the requests please!
