I get it. You’re a historical hotel and you don’t need to be ADA or disability access compliant — if you don’t do stairs well then avoid this place like its harboring the plague. It’s quaint and has nice rooms but the hallway on the sixth floor reeks of deep fried foods, which usually means the kitchen is directly adjacent to an elevator. There are no commercial-free television stations. There is an over priced restaurant so put your walking shoes on and find some good, affordable food nearby. It wasn’t bad but there are many more option or bang for your buck in this city.

The hotel is great! The biggest downside is that they rarely answer the phone when I’ve called from the room. It incredibly annoying and frustrating. I’ve though about pressing the emergency button to see if they even answer that -Maybe I’ll do that next time. The food is great, and there’s tons of restaurants around the hotel. Rooms are incredibly clean, and staff are always friendly and there to help -except when you call cause they don’t answer 😂

Very nice, regal feeling hotel in Regina. The gym is really great for a hotel which made me happy. They also offer a hot tub and steam room next to the gym. The room was nice, the best was very comfortable. The brunch was really great on Sunday and the bar is really cool and I noticed it became the hot spot to go on Saturday night for people in the city. Overall good experience.

Positive: Hotel is very well appointed. Beautiful rooms and lobby. Nice bar. Negative: Some basic amenities were missing from the rooms like to-go coffee cups. The existing cups in the room were very dirty. Bathtub was peeling. I expected a bit more for an Autograph collection hotel.

Sad that this once premier establishment now suffers from chronic understaffing. Very good people work there, just not enough of them. In house phone to front desk can ring for half an hour. Some food at Sunday Brunch was undercooked. Just not the same place that I had come to expect since last ownership change. No longer a reasonable facsimile to what the old girl once was. This establishment looking more and more like a department store mannequin. Dressed up and pretty on the outside...lack of humans on the inside. As said, some great people working there...just not enough to complete a staff roster that can attend to guest needs in a timely fashion.
