I can not give any star, but I must give one to post. The traffic is so close, you may as well be in the street racers cars with them. The bed was sunk in the middle. Didn’t matter which way I turned it was the middle of the bed. And trying to get out in the morning was a task. Toilet is so close to the wall in the tiny bathroom I had to sit side on to it. No plug it bathtub to get a tub and shower does not work. So no getting clean. I will not recommend this place at all to anyone for any reason except for destruction.

Sucked. One whole wall off plugs didn't work. A.c. didn't work. Front desk Came and he rigged it to nother plug and I keeped tripping on the extension cord. Wifi didn't work. A.c. went off again, called front desk n didn't get answer till 4th try. He then said he would come and never did. I had to figure it out.. not worth it. Should have had money back as we wanted room mostly for wifi and a.c..

For 70 bucks a night we were not expecting a beautiful room..but we did however expect what was advertised! (Free WIFI, restaurant) and HOT WATER!! The WiFi worked for maybe 5 minutes the entire time. Wouldn't even let us go to Google. When my mom asked about it, on the 3rd day, she was yelled at and told that it is not his fault lots of people are using WiFi and if the room next door is using more then we get less...Huh?!?! (There was ONE other car in the lot lol). They advertise a restaurant but have none. When booking room, the recording says "dial 103 for the restaurant". When we asked if it was open he got defensive & pointed across the street & yelled "there is Tim Hortons there and pizza over there!" We continue to stay here becuz we cannot afford the higher priced hotels in the area...esp for 6 nights. We got a smoking room as well so we knew it would probably smell of nicotine, but what we did not expect was the dark brown drips running down the walls and burn holes in the blankets and on the carpet. It is as though someone smoked a pack of cigs a day for 50 years and never wiped down the walls. When we asked to be switched to another room. ..again, we got yelled at. He said "People stay here for month & don't complain!! We were told we had to stay in this room another night, but the next day we would be on the 2nd floor, even tho when we booked we specified we would need ground floor as I have bad knees & use a cane. The toilet runs constantly & when showering you have to stand in a foot of water. No drain plug to have bath. On 4th night we discovered that we have no hot water!! My mom was literally afraid to go tell the office. So we called lol. We were told "oh well, all I can do is check". Another thing, the phone in room does not work so we have to use our cell to call front desk and usually no answer, so we walk all the way there only to find door locked & nobody there. We were only given 1 key card and it does not work properly. At least the beds smelled clean, the only positive. They don't supply soap or even a coffee pot, nevermind coffee. We have stayed in cheap motels across Canada & NEVER seen rooms this disgusting!! Nor been treated so bad. I never post bad reviews but this place deserves it!! ***Update. When my mom went to the office to get the key card fixed the manager started yelling at her about the hot water. He told her that we needed to get out by 11am the next day (it's now 5pm & no hot water since before 5am)..even tho we paid for 6 nights. He said that we costed him $200 because he had someone look at the plumbing and there was nothing wrong. (we watched him do it himself). We asked him to come check for himself and he refused. Then because I went to office to ask why he was yelling at my mother he told us to get out NOW. He was refusing to refund 2 nights until I threatened to call police. A complete NIGHTMARE. HOW does this place stay in business??

..... I must say, I was horrified on the cleanliness of the room hair on the bed, holes along the floor boards, microwave tables sink bathtub was very dirty, seem no care was put into the place, WiFi was next to nothing, couldn't even load Google. Very very bad experience. I switched rooms to find only the same. Serves was rude and could not communicate properly. I would never stay there again. 😠😠😠😷😷
