Cons: -they rent pool out to bunch of families. Place becomes a zoo mud on the floor and pool is noisy and full. Think this will be deal breaker for my next trip. Pay for room and public pool. Nope. Pros: -nice modern hotel -hotel clean and well maintained. -price was good. -normal hotel breakfast but was good -near lots of restaurants . Good hotel if you don’t mind the gangs of kids at pool. Sorry but doubt I’ll go again. Too bad good location and nice hotel. Can’t believe hotel this size would wreck the pool area for kids.

It was a very nice hotel. It was kid and pet friendly. The pool was good (but could use a waterslide), and there was way too much chlorine. Kids were coughing, because of it. The heater blew mostly cold air, but the room was a nice temperature. The hotel was very clean and the rooms were nice. We had a family of six and the 2 floor suites were perfect. I recommend it highly. Great Job!

Only hotel I’ve been to where no one is EVER at the front desk! Have to look around for someone to help you. Also the pool is frigid cold always. Don’t know if they are trying to save money or why they can’t turn up the heat. They are aware of the pool being cold (always under 80 degrees) and definitely do not care about their customer feedback. Worst hotel pool in the saskatoon area hands down.

Like most hotels it was totally fine, the room was clean and the hotel itself was also very clean. All the facilities were good however the pool was down during our stay. Our biggest issue with our stay here was that we were given a room with an external door and it got very cold at night. The heat control didn't work or was never able to catch up. we also had trouble with their vending machines and a few other things that are very minor. Staff were helpful when they were around but they were few and far between. Check-in and check-out times were very good. I would stay here again but I would be sure to specify that I wanted a regular room and I would never stay again if the heat controls were bad again. As far as I can tell it's one of the best options in town but one more bad stay would result in us staying in a larger Center to avoid staying there again.
