On our way from Edmonton to Winnipeg and this was the only place with available rooms and I know why. Out side full of smokers and beer drinkers. Throw up on stairs and smelt like tobacco. We were given room 118 the only one with no AC on a day with a high of 27. We were moved into room 218. In need of new carpets and new bedding. They are all stained and filthy.

We had a road trip from Toronto to Vancouver and stayed at this place on our way back. We were choosing economical choices along the way. For a daily price of around $100 majority of the places were doing OK in terms of cleanliness; some had AC issues but this place does not meet the standards for the price it is asking.

They don't know what true customer service is! These people are so unprofessional. Last week, my man and I were put in room 121. That room was okay up til next day when we come back from the mall and we were locked out; key issues. Later that day, we were put in room 103 and it was unclean. Trash bins were full of trash and one of the beds weren't made; additionally, both beds were bloody. I made a complaint to the front desk and they pointed the finger at me like I was the cause and the stupid people took out half of my deposit. This place is a joke and a rip off! These guys are crooks and customer service is unprofessional! DO NOT come here!

Rooms are dated, beds are too close to one another, also there is no wifi due to the owner not paying his Shaw bill. Wifi is a big part of everyone’s day to day. Also they don’t clean the rooms very efficiently. Won’t be staying here again. Wouldn’t recommend to stay here.

It's a dive motel. The only reason I gave 2 stars is because the bed was pretty good.
