Love this place! Not as expensive compared to the one in downtown. Free breakfast parking too! Filipinas who work in their kitchen are amazing, they greet their clients with smile. I have not seen this in other hotels. Front desk is awesome too! Will definitely come back here when I am on business trip. Hassle free stay!

Downtown location. Approx 1 block from midtown plaza. Brautifully Updated rooms, lobby and restaurant. Pool and hot tub could be bigger and more updated but are nice features to have anyways. All staff were helpful and super friendly.

Room was ok, but hot tub wasn't working. Concierge didn't know if there was a local rec centre or a local pool that had a hot tub. Front desk also couldn't recommend a decent restaurant... I may have just had bad luck talking to someone new. But I like local recommendations rather than sourcing reviews online. The included breakfast was one of the best things about this place and the only thing holding the 3 star rating. They had everything from cold cereal to oatmeal. A pancake maker, toaster with a selection of breads and bagels. And the list goes on. A+ on the breakfast.

Clearly said "use credit card from booking for damage deposite as patron won't have credit card" either they can't read or didn't put in the effort to, not impressed with the 45 minute wait in the lobby for them to send my manager an email with the authorization paper. Then when I came back into the lobby later after a having a smoke they questioned me about staying at the hotel and wanted to see a room key and ID, again not impressed. Beds are clean and rooms are nice but that front desk needs some help....
