One of my favorite hotels. Nothing to complain about. Everything one can think of that makes a hotel great and relaxing environment is not found wanting in this particular hotel. Actually, Hampton chain of hotels have always been my first choice when I travel out. But this particular one in Saskatoon is right there at the top with the best of them any where. During my last stay the front desk staff upgraded my suite to a King room one with no extra cost when he realized how loyal and often I booked with them. That gesture was unexpected as I never requested for an upgrade! Keep doing the good job guys...

We have stayed here before and this is a great hotel to stay at. The staff are really friendly and always try to make sure you have a great stay. The rooms are always clean and tidy. The breakfast is truly one of the best you get for any similar hotel. I will always recommend this hotel and location over any other in the city.

This review is a little late, but I think it's well deserved after my 5 night stay while on business back in March. Rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean. Everything you'd expect from this brand. Unfortunately, you won't always receive the same service or quality from other locations within the same Hilton brand, so this was a very nice surprise after my stay in Medicine Hat. I had complained regarding people slamming their room doors and the whole floor/windows rattling every time this happened. Some people are simply clueless, or just plain ignorant to their surroundings. My issue was handled quickly, this hotel is super responsive on social media as well. Kudos to the fact that Paul (maintenance) was fixing the doors close to my room the very next day. I realize there's only so much one can do, however one suggestion would be to adjust the room doors so that they close quietly. It's one of my biggest pet peeves because relying on your neighbour to consider that others are trying to sleep at 1am is wishful thinking. Not only would I stay here again, but would most definitely recommend this location. As someone else mentioned in their review, it's so nice to be at a hotel that goes out of their way to make you feel at home.

The service was good. Rooms were comfortable. The only issue I had is that, I was not able to use the Digital key on my entire stay there. Was getting the message Digital key on its way.

This location received 4 stars mainly because of the pool and hot tub, finally a pool deeper then just being waist level you can actually do laps, but the real nice surprise was the pool being open till midnight! We can never understand why pools close so early, swimming is a form of exercise we like to do and we feel the pool should be open to adults 24hrs just like the fitness area! The hot tub needs to be hotter to call it a hot tub though. Hampton Inn & Suites should start a 24hr open time for their pool area especially this location where the pool is actually deep enough to get in a good workout, and to only be accessible for adults after hours! At first going to the Hampton we liked the breakfast but after continuing stays at these hotels we noticed we don't feel well after eating the breakfast ,the powdered eggs and fatty meats were not agreeing with us, how AWESOME would it be for this chain of hotel to have a fresh omelet bar and nice good meat selections Coupled with better batter for pancakes made fresh?!? Top it off with starting a 24hr pool time for adults who enjoy swimming as a workout....then you have a winner!
