Friendly hosts. Clean and comfortable room. Large well-kept bathroom. Delicious breakfast. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you Justin and Shirley!

The couple running the B&B texted me beforehand to ask when I would be arriving, and they were very pleasant to deal with! Everything was clean and organized and the breakfast was really good :).

I found this place on Expedia. I always search using one adult and two boys. Expedia listed my family room as $80 and the price was great and I reserved it. To my surprise, it turned out that I need to pay another $40 for additional person. I paid $120 before taxes while I knew that there were hotels offering rooms for my family less than that. The owner told me that he was new to Expedia and he did not know how to use it. Very disappointing to pay for a B&B more than a hotel. Furthermore, the ad said that room is air conditioned and it was not. Owner said that upper floor rooms are air conditioned. My boys were surprised to have shared bathroom...their first experience with B&B. The room has very poor light fixtures...no built in ones but one desk lamp and another hooked on the side. TV was very old. Place was clean. Owner is friendly. Beds were ok but below quality of any hotel we visited. Shared fridge and microwave were handy. We used the shared kitchen table/chairs. Location is near to shopping area and is located in quiet area. This is our worst accommodation during our coast to coast trip. We will not be coming back for sure.
