Really great hotel; breakfast area was really quite nice and roomy. Items offered were the standard. I still would prefer fresh cooked eggs. Great staff as well. Would recommend. 4 stars because when we came back to our room it has been cleaned etc except all empty cups we had used were still where we left them rather than being thrown out.

We have stayed before& been happy, but this visit was a disappointment. Please inform staff who service the breakfast area that it’s best practice to work around, not cut in front of, hotel guests. For example when guests are using a station like the toaster, it is NOT polite practice to stand behind them with a cart tapping toes impatiently so you can put more bread products in the case- when it is still half full. Or reaching in front of guests to pull out a half full coffee carafe when they are preparing their cup. It was extremely uncomfortable feeling to feel like an imposition in the facility that we are paying to be staying at. Our 2 kids even asked, “Why is that hotel person glaring and staring at us while we are getting our food?” We go through Saskatoon at least a few times each summer and I’m considering not booking in for our next time...would appreciate a response from management.

Great Hotel! The pool area was a great place for the kids to play, its not to deep and has a very fast twirly slide. The pool and area were kept very clean (no gross sludge build up around the edges) Breakfast was excellent, good choices and they kept the buffet fully stocked for the entirety of the breakfast hours. Rooms were clean and the hotel is in a great location for shopping, food, and entertainment

Very very nice rooms. The bedding was great, and the pillows were actually so good! The shower was very nice, it's a double-size standup shower, but no bath, which some people may prefer. The breakfast was very good, tons of options: waffles, toast, bagels, muffins, cereal, yogurt, tea, coffee, and juice. Overall it was a great experience. Only downside is it's quite expensive, but you get what you pay for for sure!

This was a great hotel to stay at. All the amenities you would need. Very friendly and attentive staff. My room did not have carpeting so a nice feature for us germaphobes. Breakfast was really good with a nice variety. Property is nicely situated close to many stores and restaurants. Will definitely stay again.
