You may want to avoid room 103 (and the one beside it). We could hear BOTH sides of the telephone conversation taking place next door. It sounded like the guy was in our room, but the voices were coming through the connecting door. Our side was closed of course, and I assume his side was, too, even though we could see light from his room. Rather than asking to be moved since we were already settled in, and not wanting to eavesdrop, we turned the television on. When we informed the middle-aged male at the desk the next morning, he didn't apologize or even look up when he said he would let maintenance know. A little concern would have been nice. Other than that, the place was quite nice and breakfast was very good.

Great hotel for a short stay. The rooms are clean and modern. The breakfast is hot and has a variety of items. All the staff members are very helpful and friendly. The pool is great for kids no too deep. No water slides. All in all would recommend.

The rooms are large and clean. The mini kitchen is a great feature; however, the sink is not plumbed to hot water which makes washing dishes difficult. The free breakfast is typical hotel fare: sausages, eggs, cereals, etc. The pool is nice but tiny. The fitness centre has two treadmills, an elliptical, and a stationary bike. Overall, our stay was enjoyable. The staff are very friendly and willing to help.

This hotel always treats my family and I very well. The staff are friendly and I feel they go above and beyond to make our stay more comfortable. Today, one of the staff helped me get a small amount of milk for our baby before bed. On a previous visit, a staff member made sure we had a high chair. It’s a relief knowing we’ll have an exceptional experience when we stay here.

My daughter's baby shower was held at Holiday Inn. The meeting room is a nice size, well furnished room. The person organizing the event had scheduled the room 3 hours in advance, for decorating, at the time of booking. Two days before the event, she was informed that there was another event in the morning, and therefore couldn't have the room until 1/2 hour prior to event. She spent the afternoon frantically looking for another venue, and asking guests about possibly changing times. Later that day, she was informed that the other group cancelled and she could have the room as originally planned. Very nerve-wracking!
