I loved it and will return. At lunchtime, the restaurant was half full with workmen in town. There was almost no wait. We sat down, the waitress took our order within 5 minutes, and the food arrived in 15 minutes. One of us ordered a Chinese dish, one a burger and fries, and one a chicken Ceasar salad. They arrived together. The food was really good. Hot and fresh, and pretty quick. The chicken was hot and the salad cold, the burger and fries were obviously fresh, and the Chinese got compliments. The menu was pretty limited; one Chinese dish, a couple burgers and sandwiches, 2 salads, several pizzas. Minors are allowed in until 7:00 PM. The place is obviously a small town bar though, with very little natural light, and lots of neon tubes. The alcohol was on display at the end of the room. I took my 6 year old, and it didn't feel inappropriate.
