I stayed at Riverfront IV in Nov-Dec, 2018. It's a great location, just a few minutes from the library, downtown and a 20 minute walk (5 minute drive) to Broadway Ave, which has great shops, restaurants and pubs. Fantastic views of the south Sask. river from the condo too. Underground parking was nice on a couple cold days!

Absolutely great place!! Stayed in the upstairs suite at the Edwards place. Everything I needed plus more and a garage to keep my truck and work gear off the street. Will definitely try and stay again when in town. Thanks

The whole process from enquiry through check in and to return of deposit after my stay was completely seamless. It was a very enjoyable stay in Saskatoon and it was great to be able to stay at a place that had a feeling of "home away from home".

One of my best experience in Saskatoon! Every thing you need is there when you move in, literally! Very convenient location and very friendly and responsive staff! Kindly replaced my sofa even for my short-term stay! Highly recommended! Will definitely return if I have the chance.

We rented the "Corner Suite" for Nov-Dec 2017. The apartment was wonderful! This apartment is nice and bright, comfortably and completely furnished. The location is excellent (just off Broadway Ave.) with parking right out front. We will definitely rent from Saskatoon Suites again. Doug and Michele
