I had been riding the day of my arrival in pouring rain for 7 hours. My property was soaked on the bike and so was I. I was cold, wet and miserable. I arrived 1 and a half hour prior to official check in time. The hotel office door was locked, the note said to ring the bell. I did and someone answered He was very hard to understand but I did get that he was not coming to the door. At that time in my state I was not putting up with any of it. I left and found new lodging where customer service actually meant something. I would not stay at this hotel if they offered free lodging. In all my years of travel this has been my worst experience. It gets one star because that is as low as I can go.

This was the second B&B we stayed in in Whitehorse. What a disappointment. We had to be taken to a second location . Were told to take off our shoes at the entrance , were given the door code and the host disappeared, never to be sen again. There were three of us but only 2 sets of towels and no more were brought to the room. We were told we could eat anything in the fridge, JOKE JOKE no butter , no cream for the coffee(no Kerig pot), no meat B& B means bed and breakfast. I don't expect to have to cook for myself and certainly don't expect to have to clean which we were expected to do. Such a difference from the first B&B in Whitehorse --Four Seasons B& B" There we got a full cooked breakfast and the host Gregg was always available for info and conversation. I can only give Midnight Sun 1 star because the building was new. I don't recommend it. for anyone with mobility issues. Too many stairs.

This is not what i was expecting for a B&B. Just add probably $20 on top of what you are going to pay here and you can get a good and comfy 3 star hotel for you to stay for the night. No shuttle bus and you don't have your own bathroom. Food is horrible. Internet has even limited bandwidth and you will pay if you go over the assigned daily room limit. Huge room, yes but that's it nothing else. I paid $115 and the place is worth like $75. I'm wondering how are they getting 4 stars if you search their website. If only i could cancel last minute, i am going to. Never again.

Good spot. Quiet. Lots of rules posted in the room though. "If you need to dust, ask us for a cleaning rag or we'll charge you 30 dollars for a new towel"... Why would I need to dust the room I pay you to keep clean? And "wash your dishes after breakfast" OK. I don't mind really. .. Just not the typical B and B I guess

They looked after us well. Would stay again if in the area.
