I needed a place to stay last-minute in Whitehorse and it was Sara and Flo who came to my rescue! Thank you both so much for getting me in to your place. Right away the two made me feel like home. When in need for a place to stay in Whitehorse, I will surely be back to Beez Kneez!

I booked the private cabin months in advance only to be told on arrival that our reservation was missed (I have a confirmation email confirming the booking). The person we talked to was rude and indifferent and basically said there was nothing she could do, it wasn’t her fault, and the person that did the booking no longer works there. We were completely left in the lurch. We were on foot and had to walk around trying to find a hotel. The service was terrible. I would never book there again, as there is no way to trust their system. The “Beez Neez” attitude was, we don’t care about you, it’s a busy season (Canada Day long weekend) so we don’t your money.

Very clean, comfy and convenient, this hostel is also well located. The staff was very helpful regarding the things to do in and around Whitehorse. Not to mention that is a nice place to meet people :) So why only 3/5... well, the manager is most of the time very nice but can also be surprisingly rude.
