We had a terrible experience at Days Inn. I'll never go back when in Whitehorse. The first room given to us was way too hot. We were given a second room and it left me eat dinner. Upon our arrival from dinner we opened our room and another guest was in there. We have to be given a third room after surprising the guest that had already made themselves comfortable. The third room only had two towels for our party of four and was empty on shampoo. At this point I was tired of going to the desk and complaining so we conceited are defeat and went to bed since her checkout was so soon in the early morning. I'm a pretty simple guy to please but this really push our buttons and tried us as a family. This Day's Inn will not get our service again I guarantee that

Great room, really nice price. They were able to accommodate when we decided to stay 2 extra days without making us leave the room! I'll stay here again!

Big, comfortable basic room. Needs some updating and Reno. Evening front desk staff were great, all the others could use some hospitality and smile training. Saying 'thank you for staying with us' would go a long way. Close to grocery stores, gas station and Starbucks.

We checked in and gave our card info at the desk. We asked what the charge was and was told $125 Canadian. Not bad. Until i walk to my room and check my bank app to see a $222 America charge on my account. Apparently they charge you an additional $150 without any notice or heads up and can take up to a week to refund it. As a family of 5 traveling across the country on a budget this would have been a wonderful thing to inform us of. We might have been pretty screwed had we not had emergency funds. Our room was manageable but not worth the charges. I had stains on my bedsheets, and there is no refrigerator in the room. We will be going back to the Westmark after today.

A tad pricey but not horrible, pet friendly with a small fee of ten bucks us I think. Nice clean room comfy bed, great staff. Only small thing we had an issue with was the neighbors dogs kept barking throughout the night keeping our dog on guard and occasionally barking back. But that's not on the days inn staff. Over all a great visit. I would definitely go again
